The purpose of the development of the Collective Intelligence Monitoring Technique is to create the appropriate conditions for monitoring the process of CI to enable the analysis and assessment of significant changes in collective intelligence and to propose managerial, social and legal measures for the stimulation of the process. As a result this methodology will allow the calculation of so called “CI index” and will be based on automatic data collection and their algorithmic analysis. The CI index will show the state of the CI and its dynamics according to changes of various internal and external parameters of CI system.
